Lio in Rehaklinik Zihlschlacht Special – Supplement of the LEADER Magazine
For more than 15 years now, the magazine LEADER has been devoted entirely to entrepreneurship and politics in Eastern Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. It is aimed at business leaders in Eastern Switzerland and political “string pullers”. On the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the Rehaklinik Zihlschlacht, a special was written about the clinic. Our care robot Lio is called “Charmebolzen” there.

In June 2019 the Rehaklinik Zihlschlacht celebrated the 30th anniversary. The celebration took place at the beautiful park of the clinic. Personal assistant robot Lio was invited as a special guest.

The future prospects for engagements in care for our Lio are positive. According to a survey conducted by the opinion research company Demoscope see more than half of the Swiss respondents the use of care robots as an opportunity.

The Hotel Innovations-Day took place on 25th of June 2019 at the Kameha Grand in Zurich. This year’s theme was: Pairing: «digital and emotional! For tomorrow’s success». We presented our bar robot Barney, delighting the guests with mixed drinks.

Symposium for Hospitality and Facility Services
On 9th and 10th of May 2019 Symposium for hospitality and facility services organized by Inselspital Bern took place. One focus topic was the technological development and digitalization that could assist in meeting the needs in the hospitality sector. Since F&P Robotics is a pioneer in the use of robots in hospitality and care, we were asked to give a speech and present Lio at the symposium.
