On February 23, 2020 the Thinkathon took place in the Old Anatomy at the University Hospital Zurich. Alina Gasser was there and got some impressions.
The aim of this event was to collect ideas on the topic of “robots as support in old age”. Finally, a team that designed the most original scenario for the future use of robotics in old age was selected by the jury.
Our robot Lio (and P-Care) was presented in the presentation by Alexandra Tanner. There were also some robots on site, such as Paro (AIST), Nao and Pepper (SoftBank).
